What are email alerts?

When you get a new message from your mentoring partner, you should receive an automatic email to let you know. If you've been sent messages but aren't receiving alerts, read on to find out what to do.

I'm not receiving any email alerts!

There are a few reasons you might not be getting email alerts:

  • Spam filters: Your alerts might be getting filtered out as junk mail. Check your spam folder, and add support@brightsideuniaid.org to your list of trusted senders to make sure this doesn't happen.
  • Wrong address: Your alerts are sent to the same email address that you use to log on. If that address isn't right, or you change email, you won't receive any alerts. Get in touch with your coordinator, or email support@brightsideunaid.org to update your email address.
